Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase may be required

 

Certain items may be exempt from return for hygiene or personalisation reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the point of sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is faulty or was sent in error, we will refund the return postage cost where appropriate.
